From WhereU funnel to paid job.
You built your funnel, Meta ads and Google Ads at a WhereU workshop, and the leads are coming in. We connect that funnel straight into ServiceM8 or Simpro, so every lead becomes a job without retyping, then tell Meta and Google which leads became paid work, so your spend goes after people who book.
ServiceM8 Silver Certified Partner · Simpro implementationThe funnel works. Then the lead stops.
A WhereU funnel is built to bring in leads from Meta and Google. What happens after the form is up to you, and that's where most of the money goes.
Retyped into the job system
Someone copies the name, address and job details into ServiceM8 or Simpro when they get a minute. Some never make it.
No line from ad to invoice
The job system doesn't know which Meta ad or Google search brought the customer in, so nobody can say which ads made money.
Meta and Google only see the form fill
Both platforms are told someone filled in the form, and nothing after. So they find you more people who fill in forms.
Spend judged on cost per lead
Cheap leads look good until you count how many booked. An ad or keyword that costs more per lead can still be the one that pays.
Funnel to job. Job back to the ads.
We work with the funnel you built at WhereU, on HighLevel or wherever it lives, the job system you already run, and whichever of Meta and Google Ads you use.
Funnel straight into the job system
Every form becomes a client and a job or quote in ServiceM8 or Simpro, with the details they entered and nobody retyping them.
The ad stays on the job
The campaign, ad or keyword that brought the lead in, and its click ID, are saved on the job, so every invoice traces back to an ad.
Progress flows back
When the quote is accepted and the invoice is paid, the CRM and the funnel pipeline move by themselves.
Meta told what happened
Quote accepted and job paid, with the job's value, go back to Meta through its Conversions API.
Google Ads told what happened
The same events go to Google Ads as offline conversions, matched to the click that started them, with the job's value.
Cost per paid job, by ad
A weekly view of what each Meta ad and Google campaign cost and the paid work it brought in, so you know which to scale and which to switch off.
We don't run your ads or change your campaigns. You learned that at WhereU, so keep doing it. We make sure the leads become jobs, and that Meta and Google learn from the jobs that paid. Need every lead answered too? See ad lead follow-up.
Pay for jobs, not form fills.
Meta and Google both find more of whatever you tell them counts. Most funnels tell them about the form fill and stop there.
They see: a form fill.
Meta's delivery and Google's Smart Bidding chase people who fill in forms, including the ones who never answer the phone, never book, or were only after a price.
They see: a paid job, and what it was worth.
Both can bid for people who book and pay, Google on conversion value as well as count, and you can judge every ad and campaign on cost per paid job.
Facebook and Instagram
Paid jobs go back through Meta's Conversions API, so ad sets can optimise for leads that turn into work, not just leads.
Search, Maps and the rest
Paid jobs come back as offline conversions against the click that started them, so Smart Bidding knows which searches and keywords bring paying customers.
Meta and Google both need a steady number of paid jobs before their bidding can optimise on them. Smaller accounts get the cost-per-paid-job view first, and the optimisation as volume builds. We'll tell you which applies to you.
You approve. AI earns its way in.
Every build starts small and read-only, and gets write access one step at a time.
Dry run first
Every tool shows what it would change, and changes nothing until a person says yes.
You approve what matters
Quotes, refunds, anything sent under your name: a person signs off before it goes.
Customers know it's AI
Chat and voice agents say they are AI, offer a person, and announce recording before a call is recorded.
Your data stays yours
It lives in your own Simpro, ServiceM8, CRM and AI accounts. Nothing is copied into a system we own.
Built to local rules
Call-recording consent, the Spam Act for texts and email, the Do Not Call Register for AI voices, and no AI-written reviews.
Handed over properly
Every build ends with an AI policy and a register of the AI tools you use, with one named owner.

WhereU funnel questions.
Do I need to rebuild my WhereU funnel?+
No. We connect the funnel you built. If it doesn't ask for something the job system needs, such as the job address, or doesn't keep the ad click ID, we'll say so and add it.
Does it work with ServiceM8 and Simpro?+
Yes. Leads become jobs or quotes in either, and paid invoices come back from either.
I only run Meta, or only Google. Is that fine?+
Yes. We connect whichever you run, and add the other later if you start it.
Do you run the ads?+
No. You keep running them. We connect what happens after someone responds, and report it back to Meta and Google.
What do Meta and Google get about my customers?+
Only what each needs to match the paid job to the ad: the click ID, and contact details hashed before they're sent, as both platforms require. Your privacy policy should say you do this, and we'll check that it does.
What does it cost?+
It's quoted before it starts, once we've seen your funnel, your ad accounts and your job system.
Your funnel, booking jobs.
Fifteen minutes. Show us your WhereU funnel, your ad accounts and your job system, and we'll show you where the leads stop.
