Everything on this page, sized for a trial: three users, up to 250 clients, and $19 of sending credit back every month. You drive. No setup fee, no minimum term — and when you max out the 250 clients, you move up to the full $97 plan — a step you take, never an automatic charge.
The full platform with the caps off — unlimited contacts, unlimited users, API access included. Same deal as the trial: the tools are yours and so is the wheel, at full size. No setup fee, month to month.
You pay for what you actually send.
Messages are billed at what they cost us plus card fees. We make our money on the subscription, not on your message volume — and your bill has a season, the same as your business.
Facebook and Instagram messages, web chat and the inbox cost nothing to send — answer all day. Replies inside a chat your customer started are free too.
You pay per useRates differ by country — an Australian text costs several times an American one — so you get your country's rate card before you sign anything, not after.

What's the difference between the two plans?+
The platform is the same, and on both plans you drive it. The Activation Plan is capped small (three users, 250 clients) so you can prove the thing works on your own customers before committing; the full plan takes the caps off. AI agents for the recurring jobs can be added to either plan where you need them — scoped on a call, priced per agent, not bundled into either price.
How long am I locked in?+
You're not. Everything is month to month with no setup fee — the Activation Plan and the full plan alike. Your customer data is exportable at any time on either, including on the way out.
Do I lose anything moving from the trial to the full plan?+
No. It's the same account with the caps taken off — every contact, conversation and setting you built in the trial month comes with you. Nothing gets re-entered.
What do I need the API access for?+
It's the door your other systems connect through — the job management, store or POS integrations our platform pages describe run on it. You may never touch it yourself, but without it none of the joined-up work is possible, which is why we include it rather than holding it for a bigger plan.
We build the workflows and follow-up tools around the software you already use, so the work happens whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
