Digital staff for bike shops

Your next six hires start Monday.

They answer the phone you can't get to, fill the diary overnight, chase the services you've forgotten, reply to every Google review, watch the DMs on the weekend, and get the monthly email out. The platform is ninety-seven dollars a month — add any of the six wherever you need the help.

Built and operated by the same people running a Sydney workshop
21:41 · Missed call · shop closed at six Sorry we missed you — we're shut for the night. What's the bike doing? I can get you in this week.
21:46 · Booked Gear tune · Thursday 8:00amIn your diary before you woke up
07:10 · Waiting for you He asked about a wheel build. Held for the boss — out of scope for the crew.
01 — The roster

Six roles, one shift board, nobody in the team car.

This is the week your shop already runs — the hours nobody is standing at the counter, and who covers them.

01 The one on the phone Texts back every missed call
02 The one on the counter Takes bookings while you're closed
03 The one with the memory Chases the service that's due
04 The one who asks nicely Asks for the review, writes the reply
05 The one watching socials Answers the DMs, weekends too
06 The one who writes the email Monthly send, first of the month
No benefits No payroll tax No sick days No training No supervision No handover notes
A Tuesday, 9:41pm

This is the shift you'd have slept through.

Nobody is in the shop. The phone rings out. Two hours later a rider has a booking, a loop to ride on Saturday, and a reason to come back for the tyres.

Every line here is the kind of thing the crew handles without waking you up. Anything they aren't sure of is held for you instead of guessed at.

Six hires means six of these running at once, all night, on a Sunday, in July.

02 — What it costs

Less than one shift on the counter.

The crew
from$97/month The platform, plus the agents you choose to add. Billed in US dollars.
One full-timer
$3,800/mo Includes payroll tax and workers' comp
One 8-hour shift
$144 Counter wage at $18/hr
Metered — only when they work

A text sent to a customer, a WhatsApp reply outside an open chat, an email in the monthly send, a conversation the crew handles — each billed at what it costs us plus card fees. Replies inside a chat your customer started are free.

We make our money on the subscription, not on your message volume. And your bill has a season, the same as your shop.

The honest comparison

You're not comparing us to other software. You're comparing us to the hours you don't have and the person you can't justify hiring yet. That's the honest comparison, and it's the one we'd rather be judged on.

Fifteen minutes tells you whether it pays for itself. Book fifteen minutes
03 — Your systems

Your tools don't get replaced. They become a team.

Each one already knows something about your customers. None of them talk to each other, and none of them follow anything up. Your POS stays. Your workshop software stays. Your accounting stays. That's the job the crew takes on.

Replacesnothing

One customer history, six agents working from it — and one app on your phone to watch it happen. You already own the left-hand column. You've never had the right-hand one.

04 — Local knowledge

They know your patch as well as you do.

We don't drop a generic assistant into your shop. The crew starts briefed on how your business runs and where your customers ride — then keeps learning from every job that comes through the door.

Trained on your shop
Your services and what they cost pricing How long a job actually takes turnaround What you stock and what you don't inventory Which jobs you take, which you refer on scope How you talk to customers tone
Trained on your area
The climbs, loops and gravel worth riding roads Which trails are open, and after how much rain trails Where the coffee stop is, and when it opens cafés The bunch rides, the shop ride, the local club groups Race and event dates your customers train for calendar
Being straight with you

They're AI agents. You're still the boss.

The crew is a set of AI agents we build, train on your shop and your area, and run for you — not a call center, and not software you have to operate. All of it runs from one app on your phone. We think that's the right default. Your reputation took years; it shouldn't depend on a machine having a good day.

Draft Nothing public until you've read it Review replies can be held for approval. Set it tight on day one and loosen it as you get comfortable.
Escalate Unsure means handed over, not guessed Out-of-scope jobs, price arguments and anything odd come to you with the thread attached.
Voice Written the way you write Your rules on discounts, turnaround promises and what never gets said in public.
Data Your customers stay yours Exportable at any time, including on the way out.
05 — Starting them

On the floor in two weeks.

01 · Day one Fifteen-minute call What you run now, and which jobs keep falling over.
02 · Week one We brief them On your shop and your area, so they're useful from the first shift rather than the fiftieth.
03 · Week two First shift They start on the jobs you can't get to, and take on more as you come to trust them.
04 · Ongoing They learn on the job History with your regulars — who rides what, what you did last time, what's due next. Sharper in month six than week one.
Questions

The ones we always get.

Will customers know they're talking to a machine?+

They'll know they got answered. We write in your voice, and anything an agent can't handle comes to you rather than being fudged — which is more than most after-hours voicemail does.

Don't I still have to call everyone back?+

No. The crew finishes the job — the booking lands in your diary, the reply goes out, the quote gets chased. What reaches you is the decision only you can make, with the thread attached.

Do I have to change my POS or workshop software?+

No. The crew works with what you already run.

What if one of them gets something wrong?+

You set what needs approving before it goes out. Start with everything on approval and loosen it as you get comfortable. Anything the crew isn't sure of is held for you, not guessed at.

Do I need to sit at a computer for this?+

No. Conversations, approvals and the diary all live in one app on your phone. If you can check a text between jobs, you can run the crew.

How long am I locked in?+

You're not. Month to month — same as a part-timer, minus the awkward conversation.

What happens to my customer data?+

It stays yours. Exportable at any time, including on the way out.

Start them Monday

The jobs are there. The people aren't.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. Tell us which jobs keep slipping and we'll tell you whether the crew can pick them up.
